Bookings & cancellations

Sessions can be booked through this website. A booking becomes final once Vincent confirms it by email. To move or cancel a session, contact Vincent directly, ideally at least 24 hours in advance — sessions cancelled late or missed without notice may be charged.

Payments

Packages and sessions are paid directly to SpotterBro using the payment details provided with your booking. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Your data

When you fill in the quiz, book a session or send feedback, we store the details you provide (name, contact details, your answers) solely to respond to you and run your training — never for resale, never shared with third parties beyond the tools that run this site. Training-related emails (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) are sent to the address you gave us; every automated email stops the moment you ask.

To see, correct or delete your data, contact Vincent via the contact options on this website — it will be handled within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function. Anonymous analytics (to see which pages help visitors) load only if you accept them in the cookie banner — decline and nothing is tracked. No advertising cookies, ever.
