Bookings & cancellations

Sessions can be booked through this website. A booking becomes final once Vincent confirms it by email. To move or cancel a session, contact the contact options on this website — ideally at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled late or missed without notice may be charged.

Payments

Packages and sessions are paid directly to SpotterBro using the payment details provided with your booking. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Your data

When you fill in the quiz, book a session or send feedback, we store the details you provide (name, contact details, your answers) so Vincent can follow up and run your training. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

To see, correct or delete your data, contact Vincent via the contact options on this website — it will be handled within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function. Anonymous analytics load only if you accept them in the cookie banner — decline and nothing is tracked. No advertising cookies, ever.
